How do I know the gold is pure?
Every piece we sell is made to its stated karat, and our pricing is fully transparent: the daily gold rate plus clearly stated making charges. Ask us anything about your piece before you buy; we are happy to explain every detail.
What are making charges?
Making charges cover the craftsmanship that turns raw gold into finished jewellery: design, casting, setting, finishing and polishing. We state them clearly upfront, so the price you see is built on the day's gold rate plus the honest cost of the artisan's work.
Can I exchange or return a piece?
Unworn pieces in original condition, with tags and the receipt, can be exchanged within 7 days. The credit is calculated at the gold day rate on the day of exchange, since gold prices move daily. Making charges are never part of exchange value, we do not give cash refunds on gold, and custom-made, resized, or altered pieces are final sale. Full terms are on our terms and conditions page.
